General Notary Work

25 Dollar Golden Number

General notary work covers a wide variety of documents that need to be officially confirmed as genuine and legally binding. This includes things like affidavits (written statements made under oath), acknowledgments (confirming someone signed a document), vehicle title loans, powers of attorney, contracts, apostilles and other business papers. When you use a notary, they verify your identity and make sure you're signing because you want to, not because someone is forcing you. This helps ensure everything is done correctly and legally in personal and business matters.

Apostille: If you only need a document notarized for an apostille application, the cost is $25 per document. However, if you need assistance applying for an apostille, see the "Apostille Courier Services" section below.

Our pricing for general notary work is straightforward: each document that requires a notarial stamp is priced at $25. We ensure transparency and affordability in our services, making it easy for you to handle your legal and business paperwork with confidence.

For example:

You have a 2-page document and only one page require a notarial stamp. Total= $25

You have a 2-page document and both pages require a notarial stamp. $25 × 2 stamps= $50

Loan signing documents refer to the paperwork involved in mortgage and loan transactions, which require notarization to finalize the agreement between a borrower and a lender. These documents typically include the loan application, promissory note, deed of trust or mortgage, various disclosure forms such as the Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and Closing Disclosure, and any other related agreements. The notary public plays a crucial role in verifying the identity of the signers, ensuring they understand the documents they are signing, and witnessing their signatures to prevent fraud. Loan signing documents are critical in real estate transactions, ensuring all parties adhere to the terms of the loan and property transfer with legal clarity and security. We strive to provide professional and reliable loan signing services, ensuring all documents are accurately notarized and signed in accordance with legal requirements. Our transparent pricing ensures that you know exactly what to expect, with no hidden costs, as we facilitate smooth and efficient loan transactions for both borrowers and lenders.

Apostille Courier Services

Using an apostille courier service can be crucial for individuals and businesses needing to authenticate documents for international use. An apostille is a certification that verifies the authenticity of public documents issued in one country and destined for use in another country that is part of the Hague Apostille Convention. This service saves time and effort by handling the complex process of obtaining an apostille from government authorities on behalf of clients. It ensures documents like birth certificates, diplomas, and business contracts are legally recognized abroad without the need for further authentication. Choosing an apostille courier service provides peace of mind, ensuring documents meet international standards efficiently and effectively.

You may need an Apostille or Authentication Form if:

  • Conducting business outside of the the United States
  • Planning to study abroad
  • Relocating outside of the U.S, permanently or temporarily
  • Planning to get married outside of the U.S
  • For any other reason requiring proof of state, local, or federally issued documents (such as birth certificates, divorce decrees, trademarks, etc) or other court or educational documents (such as agreements, diplomas, income verification, etc)
